Use a stepladder or a roller with an extension handle to paint the ceiling and ask for help if you have large areas to paint.
- When painting a ceiling, always paint toward the narrower side of the room so sections you paint over will still be damp.

Start in the corner and paint the borders of the ceiling with a brush. |

Mark out a section of about 0.60m Χ 1.20m with a roller by drawing a “W.” |

Without lifting the roller from the ceiling, fill in “W.” |

Smooth out the unpainted portion in the direction of the painted portion. |

Proceed in the same way with the other sections. |
