ANTIRUST CHASSIS is a combination of anticorrosive primer and alkyd based final paint. Very strong adhesion and elasticity. High resistance to washing- scrubbing and on petroleum, machine oils shocks and rubbing. Ideal for painting cars chassis and for all metallic surfaces. Also, may be used as an anticorrosive primer.

Preparation

Carefully prepare surface to obtain good results. Remove all weathered coatings, loose materials and oils. Sand surface smooth and remove sanding residue with a rag.

► Previously painted metallic surfaces:
Sand and clean sanding residue. Prime with ANTIRUST CHASSIS undercoat, 1-2 coats.
► New metallic surfaces:
Degrease using THINNER 135 applied with a brush. Prime with ANTIRUST CHASSIS undercoat, 1-2 coats.

Use

► Stir well before and during application.
► Before the application of the top coat, sand surface with appropriate sanding paper and remove sanding residue.
► Apply 2 coats with a roller or a brush thinned with WHITE SPIRIT by 5-10% or with airless spray gun, thinned with THINNER 135 by 10-20%.
► While the first coat is fully hardened, apply the second coat.
